I have been raising concerns having provided them with all proofs of the debited amount.
I took this concern to the ombudsman the nodal officers.
but than also they deactivated my service on 3/6/2018 without any reason. One call coming from the no.-9836498368..deduction the amount each and every time...
for which many -many times i called and mailed customer care but there is no response from there side. Please reverse my dedicated amount and stop incoming from the mentioned no.
This is unfair business practice and against business ethics. So I request your kindness to look into this matter of Tatasky behavior against the interest of customer and beg you to take action in this regard.

Now, they have change my running plan from ARP-700 to 99/- P. next day when i received call from customer care executive he told once another plan is given to you it cann't be changed and you can go with port your number and generated invoice for rs.99/- or more at present time.
